Q: Do I need to be experienced in yoga to do a Zion Yoga course?

A: No. Each of our courses are open to beginners, while still offering stimulation and instruction for seasoned practitioners. The small group, or one on one classes allow for individual instruction and guidance for any age or experience level.

A: Gratuities for instructors are not required but are always appreciated. Zion Canyon Yoga instructors put their heart and soul into giving a once in a life time yoga experience, and a tip will show them your gratitude.

A: You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund minus a $30 registration fee 7 days or more before the start date of your course. Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the program will not receive a refund. Its always a good idea to purchase trip insurance. We understand that at times emergencies can arise, but as we are a small business we are not able to make exceptions to this refund policy.

Zion Canyon Yoga reserves the right to cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances  or any other occurrence beyond our control such as fire, flood, poor weather or trail closure for example. We also reserve the right to cancel any class if sign-up is inadequate to make the course economically feasible for us to operate. If this happens, we give a full refund of tuition. Zion Canyon Yoga is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by you in preparation for your trip (e.g., non-refundable airline tickets, gear or medical expenses).

Q: Is Zion Canyon Yoga associated with any specific spiritual tradition or lineage?

A: Zion CanyonYoga classes are non-dogmatic. We respectfully draw on wisdom and traditions from across many cultures and belief systems. If we were to identify one central teacher it would be to nature. We encourage you to bring your own spiritual traditions and beliefs, in order to share those and allow them to flourish in an outdoor setting.

Q: What is the minimum number of participants needed for a private group class?

A: Zion Canyon Yoga can create a custom experience for any number of participants. There are discounts available for groups of five or more people.
